Sound Baths

Blue Sky Blu LLC offers a range of Sound and Vibrational tools to help promote relaxation and reduce stress and help promote a healthy flow of Qi, life force energy.

Created by powerful Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Drums, Harps, Shruti Boxes, Bells, Chimes, Flutes and more, our Sound Bath events offer a uniquely close up and intimate Sound and Vibrational experience that combined with the acoustics of our small studio are very different to those that take place in larger venues.

 

Our group sound bath events are limited to a maximum of 10 people and we provide mats, cushions, bolsters and blankets but of course you are also welcome to bring your own.

While the combination of Sound and Vibration will generally create a deeply relaxing experience it can also bring about a range of both physical and emotional experiences as the vibrations cause energy, often the old stuck unresolved emotional kind, to begin to move and not only are Sound Baths experienced differently by each person but they will often have a different experience at each Sound Bath.

While Gongs and Singing Bowls form the foundation of our Sound Baths different instruments are utilized to create Sound Baths with different 'flavors' such as;

Our private individual and small group Sound Baths can be tailored to your specific needs and can be held at our studio both at our studio or other locations.  Many have used them to celebrate birthdays or other events.  Contact us for details

Group Drum Circles

Group drumming can be a powerful experience and we have a number of frame drums you can use as well as our group pow wow drum and our large table drums and whether you have drummed before or not its reaally easy to get into.  Private drum circle groups are possible and of course drum circles can be used to celebrate events, remember love ones who have passed and to add powerful energy to group meditation and 'prayer'.  Contact us for more information.
